sleeck.dev is the product-and-design front of work that started with real systems: campus tools used by tens of thousands of students a day, AI products like TalentSync, and consulting through taf.sh. Founded by Tashif Ahmad Khan, we keep the squad tiny on purpose.
Today the core crew is three — Tashif, Sai Raj Singh, and Omar Shahab. We design, code, and ship side by side. No junior farms. No account-manager theater. You work with the people writing the product.

Founder & Full-Stack Engineer
Engineering undergrad at JIIT (ECE, 2022–2026) based in Delhi, working at the intersection of full-stack development and generative AI. Founder of taf.sh, an independent studio behind products like TalentSync and CliniQ, and the person shipping sleeck.dev. Built the JIIT Tools Suite — including JPortal — into a platform serving 18,000+ daily users. Currently Software Development Engineer at SITG France on compliance AI pipelines (Django, Kafka, Celery, OpenSearch, Next.js); previously interned at UNICLOUD on a high-profile IRCTC React/FastAPI stack. 80+ projects, 9k+ commits, open source by default.

B.Tech student at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and core leadership at JIIT Optica (Vice President / chapter ops). Partners on product and engineering across the sleeck stack — from web UIs to applied AI. Builds and iterates on RAG and AI prototypes, and brings community + event ops experience from running large campus programs. Practical, collaborative, and focused on software that people actually use.

Mohammad Omar Shahab — full-stack developer and graphics designer out of JIIT (with AMU roots). SIH 2024 winner and three-time startup contest winner. Ships TypeScript product surfaces (including Designique-class marketplace work) and cares as much about visual systems as the APIs behind them. Bridges product design and engineering so interfaces land sharp and production-ready.
